Description

Cobble Clean is a commercial-grade blend of biodegradable solvents and detergents built to cut grease, oil, tar, chewing gum, and tire marks off concrete, brick pavers, and natural stone. Dial it in however the job calls for it — diluted 15:1 for routine maintenance cleaning, or used straight for the stains that won't budge. It's the same product whether you're prepping a surface before sealing or just keeping a customer's driveway looking new.

Coverage: 50 to 500 sq. ft. per gallon depending on dilution.

Packaging: Available in 1-gallon bottles (9 lb.) and 5-gallon pails (45 lb.). 140-1G: 6 per case, 144 per pallet. 140-5G: 36 per pallet.

Storage & Shelf Life: Product must be kept in its original, unopened and tightly sealed container. Store in a dry and well ventilated place with controlled temperature (50°F to 90°F). Keep sheltered from weather and direct sunlight. In proper storage conditions, the product’s shelf life is 12 months following production (see date on packaging). Store product in original container and close lid tightly after each use.

Instructions

Before You Begin: Cobble Clean is a concentrate and may be diluted. For tough stains and the removal of tire marks, Cobble Clean may be used straight. Always test surfaces first with Cobble Clean to ensure desired results. The strength of the cleaner may strip some coatings.

Mixing: Cut one part of cleaner to 10-15 parts of water. If the surface is more soiled, decrease the ratio of water as necessary.

Applications: Apply with plastic watering can or pump sprayer. After testing diluted Cobble Clean in an inconspicuous area for the proper results, apply generously to area to be cleaned. Wait about a minute for Cobble Clean to work. For stubborn stains, wait about five minutes. Scrub area with a brush or stiff bristle broom. All applications should be followed with a thorough water rinse. Pressure cleaning is recommended, if available. Note: Oil spots that have deeply penetrated the substrate may rise to the surface within 24 hours of cleaning. It may be necessary to repeat cleaning.

Clean Up: Rinse tools and treated areas with water.

Maintenance: Cobble Clean is recommended for routine cleaning of driveways, patios, pool decks & walkways made up of brick pavers, natural stone, concrete & our decking materials. Follow Cobble Clean instructions for dilution ratios.

Notice:
• Do NOT allow Cobble Clean to dry on the surface. Always rinse thoroughly after use.
