Dedicated to giving back and making the local community stronger, SurfaceLogix was proud to sponsor a house for Habitat for Humanity of Broward County's Annual Women Build 2015. Bringing together volunteers from their wide network of loyal contractors and friends, the SurfaceLogix and Reliance Paints & Coatings teams came together on Saturday, February 21 to volunteer on the job site.

Habitat Broward’s Annual Women Build program brings together women from all walks of life and challenges them to make a positive impact on the future of Broward County by providing safe, healthy housing for low and very-low income families. Since 2002, thousands of women in Broward have shared their time, talents and resources to build nearly 50 Women Build homes, making Habitat Broward’s program one of the largest and most successful in the United States.

"These families have been in our program for over a year. They have to put in 400 hours helping to build their home, other homes and working in various other Habitat projects," said Women Build chairperson Nancy Daly. "By the time they move in, they have a real vested interest in the success of their home."
