  3. Remove the gun tip and tip guard and clean with a brush using the appropriate solvent.
  4. Place the siphon tube into a container of the appropriate solvent.
  5. Place the return hose into a metal waste container.
  6. Set your airless to the “prime” position. This will be specific to the make and model of your machine.
  7. Set the pressure to the “cleaning” function. This will be specific to the make and model of your machine.
  8. Turn your airless on.
  9. Allow the solvent to circulate through the unit and flush the product out of the return hose into the metal waste container.
  10. Turn your airless off.
  11. Set your airless to the “spray” position.  This will be specific to the make and model of your machine.
  12. Turn your airless on.
  13. Pull the trigger on the gun and dispense the remainder of material into a metal waste container. Continue this process until the sealer is flushed out of the hose and solvent is coming out of the gun. You may wish to save any unused product that was in the hose prior to beginning the cleaning process. If so empty the remainder of sealer into the bucket used for the recent sealer application. Continue to trigger the spray gun into the waste container until the solvent coming out of the gun is clean.
  14. Follow the pressure relief procedure specific to your airless sprayer. Unplug the unit and store in a clean, dry area.
