Waterproofing chemical compound is used to seal, bond and patch stucco or concrete where a faster setting cement plug or slush is needed. Hydro-Bar II is designed to work faster with Portland Type II cement.

Cement plug applications
Cut back and down in crack or hole where water is seeping through sufficiently to receive material. Dry mix 8 parts of fresh Portland cement or high early cement to 1 part clean dry sharp sand. Add enough Hydro-Bar II to dampen the mix. The mix will quickly get stiff like putty. If mix is thin add more dry mix. When this mix gets hot, ram hit in place and hold with steady pressure with a cloth or block of wood for 30 Seconds.
